Since 1993, our reach has been nationwide, collecting and recycling nearly 100% of all starting and industrial batteries in Norway.

Lead-acid batteries in Norway is an interesting story. Since our foundation, we have collected almost 100% of the batteries and recycled close to 100% of the batteries' materials. This is possible as lead-acid batteries is a standardized product and is taken care of by a large international industry. Lead can be recycled infinitely and reused in the production of new batteries. It is important to have closed systems for the recycling of lead-acid batteries, and every year we quality test our partners to ensure safety and environment in the best possible way.
